Dancing With the Stars Week 1b Results

I think that the first performance by the women shattered some expectations, most notably the idea that "oldest female contestant ever" Priscilla was going to be an early exit. Priscilla, who appears to have undergone massive plastic surgery, displayed talent and grace. If her facial features had the same range of movement as her body, she might really have a shot at winning this thing.

The biggest disappointments were the low-scoring Monica and Marissa, both of whom performed significantly below expectations.

For the pool, this means that Kim, Mom, Dawn, Lisa and I all split the 42 bonus points, picking up 8 points apiece for our efforts:

Everyone has until Monday to send me their prediction for the top-scoring star for next week. This week, the top scorers were Kristi with 27, Mario with 24, and Priscilla with 24, so the smart money is probably on one of them. But you never know who the judges will be impressed with next time around.
